Shipping Times and Rates
Sweetz & Co. offers free complimentary shipping for all items sold.
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Sweetz & Co. uses USPS Registered Mail, and does not ship orders to post office boxes. However, Sweetz & Co. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing address.
Please allow at least 7 days for delivery after your item is shipped.
Sweetz & Co. is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries. USPS will attempt delivery up to 3 times or leave a notice, after which your item will be returned to us. The cost of redelivery will then be upon the purchaser.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the item you purchased via Sweetzandco.com, you can return non-engraved, unsized items in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 7 days, once the first delivery attempt is initiated. If 7 days have passed since the first delivery attempt, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be sent via USPS Registered Mail and insured.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been re sized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Sweetz & Co is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If your return is not approved, your item will be sent back to the original shipping address.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for an item of the same value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, first contact us at for prior authorization and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
